Local Pastures

Retail farm stand selling pasture-raised meats, eggs, and local groceries from two Central Texas farms.

Local Pastures is a retail farm stand operated by Belle Vie Farm and Shirttail Creek Farm. We carry pasture-raised pork, chicken, duck, and eggs, along with grass-finished beef and products from other local producers including produce, coffee, and honey. We also serve as a CSA pickup location for VRDNT Farms, and host weekly raw milk pre-order pickup from Kettler Dairy every Wednesday. Our goal is to make buying from local, regenerative farms easier than ever. We offer delivery and curbside pickup through our online shop, as well as two brick-and-mortar store locations.

All meats and eggs sold at Local Pastures are pasture-raised, sourced directly from the two farms behind the stand: Belle Vie Farm and Shirttail Creek Farm. Beef is grass-finished. The stand is explicitly described as a source for products from local, regenerative farms in Central Texas. Additional products such as produce, coffee, and honey come from other local producers. Raw milk is sourced from Kettler Dairy and available for pre-order pickup weekly.
