SoCo Ginger Beer makes ginger beer from fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and organic cane juice, with no preservatives, no chemicals listed as 'natural flavors', and no high fructose anything. The original flavor is built on fresh ginger, fresh lemon, organic cane sugar, and sparkling water. Additional flavors are made by adding fresh seasonal ingredients to that base — exactly what the name says, nothing more. Seasonal offerings rotate through spring, summer, fall, and winter, using ingredients only while they're in season. Year-round flavors are also available. Every piece of ginger and every lemon is washed and inspected by hand, and every batch is tested before it reaches the customer.
