Pasture-raised duck, pork, chicken, and goose, plus French-inspired charcuterie and sausage from a working farm.

La Belle Vie Farm + Kitchen raises pasture-based poultry and heritage pork and turns them into French-inspired kitchen products. Chef Perrine Noelke draws on her French heritage to produce charcuterie, sausages, terrines, rillettes, and pates alongside whole birds and fresh cuts. The farm offers duck, chicken, heritage pork, pasture goose (seasonal), and turkey (seasonal for Thanksgiving), all available at Austin-area farmers markets, through an online shop, and via catering. Perrine's background includes international experience as a chef aboard private yachts. Products sell fresh and frozen, and the farm also sells to farm-to-table restaurants in the Austin area.

All animals are 100% organically fed and GMO-free. The land is managed without herbicides or pesticides. Pigs are raised on a corn-free and soy-free diet based on wheat and barley, supplemented with 100% organic grains, and live under native fruit and nut trees where they can root and roam. Chickens (Freedom Ranger breed) and turkeys are raised on daily-rotated pasture and finished on certified organic West Texas wheat. French White Muscovy ducks are pasture-raised in small groups with consistent paddock rotation, and are harvested on-farm every two weeks. Toulouse geese are born and bred on the farm, graze on fresh grass in open paddocks, and are harvested seasonally in the fall. Pork is hand-cut on farm by a local butcher. Only meats raised on the farm are used in the kitchen products.
