Apache Spirit Bison Company is a Texas bison ranch and meat seller founded by Carson Nichols and John Rhodes. What started as a small group of bison selected for observation has grown into a herd of 250 animals roaming 5,500 acres in Mountain Home, Texas. We sell a wide range of cuts including ground bison, filets, New York strips, chuck roasts, spare ribs, tri tip, marrow bones, organ blends, burger patties, and bison jerky and snack sticks. Our products are available at farmers markets across the Boerne, San Antonio, and Austin areas, as well as through select retail outlets.
