Raw, unfiltered wildflower honey harvested from local Texas hives
Gut-friendly fermented vegetable dressings made with avocado oil — dairy-free, gluten-free, and seed-oil-free.
The Cultured Carrot makes fermented vegetable dressings designed to make traditional fermented foods convenient for modern, busy tables. The line currently includes four flavors — Beleafing, Caulipowered Ranch, Rooting For You, and Unbeetable — each priced at $12. Every jar contains more than 70 grams of vegetables and two fermented organic vegetables, delivering wild cultures and live lactic acid bacteria (LAB). The dressings work as salad dressings, marinades, sauces, or dips. The brand was founded by Palak Sadarangani, a health coach practicing an Ayurvedic lifestyle, and Kristin Simpson, a pharmacist with a holistic lifestyle approach — both mothers motivated by research into the gut microbiome.
Vegetables are selected for organic quality, then preserved using a traditional salt-and-time fermentation method. The fermented vegetables are then blended with herbs and avocado oil — no seed oils are used. Each jar contains two organic fermented vegetables to support biodiversity of beneficial gut bacteria. The resulting dressings are dairy-free, naturally vegan, gluten-free, plant-based, and seed-oil-free. No preservatives are added; the probiotics present are naturally occurring live microbes produced through the lacto-fermentation process.
