We make gluten-free, small-batch sourdough breads and packaged goods, with the conviction that eating healthier can actually taste good. Our line includes sourdough boules, classic and seeded sandwich loaves, sourdough crackers, biscuits, chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin donuts, granola, and more. Everything is produced in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen that is certified celiac-safe, with no risk of cross-contamination. We were founded after our baker's own celiac and autoimmune diagnosis, and every product reflects years of learning how nutrition can support real healing. We believe taste matters as much as ingredients, and our goods are made for anyone who cares about what goes into their body, not only those who are gluten-free.

All products are baked with real, whole, non-GMO and almost completely organic ingredients, and every ingredient is certified gluten-free. We rarely use refined sugar; when we do, it is organic, ethical cane sugar. For sweeteners we use 100% pure maple syrup, local Texas honey, and coconut sugar. We source local ingredients and support local farmers and producers at farmers markets. We bake in small batches by hand. Our sourdough uses a long fermentation process. We upcycle pulp from local organic alternative milk companies, dehydrating and processing it into almond meal for baking. We also salvage sourdough discard from our breads and use it as the base for our crackers, biscuits, and chocolate chip cookies. We source recycled, compostable, and reusable packaging, and recycle and compost in our kitchen.
