Chef-driven farm-to-table restaurant with a seasonally changing menu, nose-to-tail whole animal usage, and a biodynamic wine program.
Indoor-grown organic sprouts, microgreens, and wheatgrass delivered to restaurants and residents as living trays or by the pound.
Sprouts Alive grows and delivers living organic sprouts and microgreens, serving local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and residents. Products include sunflower sprouts, pea shoots, radish sprouts, and wheatgrass, available as living trays or by the pound. We also offer a prepared menu of sprout-based foods including a Miso Yummi Sprout Salad, sprouted hummus with seeded crackers, a Deep Green Cold Pressed Juice, and an Electrolyte Elixir. Our tray model lets customers cut what they need as the sprouts continue to grow, then harvest the full tray to refrigerate for an additional 7-10 days of shelf life. We also supply restaurants and businesses with bulk orders and catering.
We start with USDA Organic seeds soaked in filtered spring water, then germinate them in organic soil infused with organic fertilizer. Sprouts are first grown in the dark until they drop their seed hulls, then moved to a humidity- and climate-controlled indoor grow space until ready. We deliver sprouts while they are still living and at peak prime, with 2-4 more days of growth possible on a kitchen counter with watering. Trays are exchanged: customers return the old tray and receive a new fully grown one, reducing waste and cutting time from soil to plate.
