We operate a butcher shop and grocery focused on regional meat systems and transparent sourcing. Our selection includes beef, poultry, pork, lamb, and goat processed through whole-animal butchery. We also provide prepared items such as bone broth, sausages, and burger patties. Our inventory features rendered fats including tallow and lard for culinary use. We work to provide food from within a specific regional network to support smaller supply chains. Our objective is to provide clarity on where each product originates while supporting regional producers.
