Family-run ranch store selling grass-fed beef, lamb, and pasture-raised pork direct from the Hill Country.

Pure Pastures is a family-owned, multi-species grazing operation run by Jeremiah and Maggie Eubank and their sons Hunter and Gus. The Eubanks have been ranching since 2015 and have holistically managed their Canyon Lake ranch since 2019. Their ranch store carries grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, pasture-raised heritage breed pork, pasture-raised eggs, dairy products, baked goods, pantry items, and skincare. Pure Pastures is also an official Milk Agent pick-up location for raw milk pre-orders. Products are available at the ranch store, through home delivery, and via their online store.

Pure Pastures uses rotational grazing and holistic management practices to raise cattle, pigs, and sheep. Their animals live their entire lives out on the land. Since 2019, the ranch has been managed in a way the business describes as working with nature rather than against it, with the stated goal of revitalizing natural resources, rebuilding topsoil, and restoring the native prairie landscape of the Texas Hill Country. The business describes its approach as regenerative and sustainable agriculture. Pure Pastures is a member of Holistic Management International and the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance.
