Amber Oaks Ranch is a 70-acre regenerative farm founded in December 2015 by John and Molly Pantalone, a husband-and-wife team with over a decade of homesteading experience before establishing the ranch. We raise beef, pork, chicken, and lamb on open pasture and sell directly through our online shop, a monthly Buyers Club subscription, and farmers markets across Central Texas. Buyers Club members choose from Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Combo boxes starting at $85 per month, picked up at market or pre-arranged locations. A la carte cuts span everything from steaks and roasts to organ meats and bones. We also offer bulk buying options and pasture-raised eggs.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished, rotationally grazed on pesticide-free and chemical-free pastures from birth to harvest with no grain, no feedlot, no hormones, and no preventative antibiotics. Pigs are pasture-raised Red Wattles that roam freely through open land and wooded areas, foraging year-round on chemical-free ground. Chickens are moved to fresh, chemical-free pasture every day in a true pasture-based system and are fed organic feed with no hormones or preventative antibiotics. Lambs are rotationally grazed on chemical-free Texas pasture with access to a diverse mix of natural grasses, herbs, and wildflowers, and receive no hormones or antibiotics. Across all species, our rotational grazing system is managed to build soil health and promote biodiversity.
