Struthoff Ranch is a Texas Longhorn cattle ranch located at 9660 FM 1863 in San Antonio. The ranch raises its own herd from birth and sells beef direct to customers, with options ranging from individual cuts to half or whole animals. Beef is available in both 100% grass-fed/grass-finished and grass-fed/grain-finished varieties. Cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, and ground beef is packaged in half-pound, one-pound, and two-pound packs. Customers can order online and pick up directly at the ranch. The operation carries Certified Texas Longhorn designation and its beef is USDA-inspected.
Struthoff Ranch breeds, raises, and finishes its Texas Longhorn cattle on the ranch, with no growth-promoting hormones and no antibiotics used. The herd is pasture-raised and never confined to a feedlot. Beef is processed at USDA-inspected facilities and is available in two finish options: 100% grass-fed/grass-finished and grass-fed/grain-finished.
