Zier's Prime Meats & Poultry

Zier's Prime Meats & Poultry is a family-owned butcher shop in Wilmette that has operated out of the same Ridge Road building since 1985, a location with a continuous history as a meat market stretching back to the 1880s. The shop specializes in USDA Prime beef, fresh poultry, naturally raised pork, veal, and lamb. An onsite smokehouse produces house-made smoked sausages, smoked salmon, cold smoked bacon, and smoked olives. Zier's also carries an extensive selection of wild game, American Wagyu beef, and hard-to-find gourmet sauces and spices. In-house soups, including bone broths and chili, round out the prepared offerings. Customers can shop in person or order through the shop's online store.
