Animals rotate to fresh pasture each day, sometimes twice daily, following a holistic management system focused on soil and forage health. Pigs are a Landrace Yorkshire cross, rotated through roughly five acres of woods and pasture where they forage for nuts and roots alongside free-choice grain.
