A New Hampshire farm selling preserved goods, eggs, and seasonal pantry staples at the Contoocook Farmers Market.
Webster Ridge Farm is a 91-acre property in Webster, New Hampshire, purchased in 1998 on the site of what was once the largest apple orchard in Merrimack County. The farm produces a line of preserved goods it calls "Good Things in Jars": pickles, fruit butters, jams, roasted pizza passata, spiced apple rings, and dried herbs, among other seasonal items. It also sells eggs from the farm's own hens. Webster Ridge Farm sells its products at the Contoocook Farmers Market, and orders can also be placed directly with the farm for pickup on-site. Webster Ridge Farm bakes and cooks using eggs from its own hens and sources produce and fruit from local farmers to make its preserved goods. Seasonal produce and fruit are preserved by canning, freezing, and drying. The farm's preserved pantry items are made in small batches tied to what each season's local harvest yields.
