TK Ranch

TK Ranch was founded in 1956 by Thomas Koehler Biggs on the endangered Northern Fescue Grasslands of east-central Alberta. In 1995, Dylan and Colleen Biggs began direct marketing the ranch's livestock, building a vertically integrated pasture-to-plate operation that includes an on-farm abattoir and a cutting and processing facility near Calgary. The ranch raises grass-fed and grass-finished dry-aged beef, pasture-raised pork, grass-fed lamb, soy and corn-free chicken, and free-range turkey, and sells individual cuts, bulk orders, sausages, deli meats, bone broth, organ meats, and jerky. Products are available for home delivery across Alberta or for pickup at the ranch's country store. TK Ranch holds Certified Grass-fed and Animal Welfare Approved certifications from A Greener World.
