Three Six General is a butcher shop and grocer in San Marcos, TX carrying in-house butchered, cured, and smoked meats alongside a full grocery section. The shop offers raw cuts of pork and beef, a wide range of housemade sausages, prepared and smoked deli meats, and dry-cured charcuterie. Sandwiches and rice bowls are served daily from 11am to 3pm, and hot BBQ including brisket, pastrami, and all-beef sausage is available on Saturdays until sold out. Beyond meat, the shop stocks local produce, cheese from Antonelli's, carefully selected low-intervention wine, craft beer, and local pantry goods. Products are also available at farmers markets across Central Texas.

Meats are locally sourced, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free, raised on pasture. Pork comes from Peaceful Pork in Dinero, TX, and beef is sourced from Heartbrand Akaushi and 44 Farms. All butchering, curing, and smoking is done in-house, and sausages are made on-site. Dry-cured charcuterie is produced by Adagio using pigs raised at Richardson Farms. Produce is strictly Texas-grown, sourced through Farm to Table Texas. Seafood comes from the Gulf via a partnership with Quality Seafood in Austin, TX. Cheese is sourced from Antonelli's, and wine is selected for low-intervention production. Local pantry items include goods from producers such as Barton Springs Mill, Talisman Coffee, and Sanford Bakery.
