Raw cow and goat milk from Texas dairies is available for pre-order pickup. The pantry selection rounds out the counter with local artisan goods. The Provision House sources its beef from 2S Ranch, a family operation where cattle graze on open pasture and are raised without hormones, corn, grains, or steroids. The beef is grass-fed and grass-finished, USDA certified, and Beef Quality Assurance certified. Cuts are aged a minimum of 10 to 14 days before being vacuum sealed. Partner farms supplying the shop include Stout Creek Farm and K Bar K for pork, Windy Meadows Family Farm for chicken and turkey, and Circle P Farm for eggs. Raw milk is available by pre-order only and is not available for shipping or delivery.
