Lavon Farms is a family-owned registered dairy cattle farm in Plano, Texas, run by Todd and Deanna Moore, their three sons, and Todd's brother Jonathan. The farm has raised Guernsey, Jersey, and Milking Shorthorn cows for generations, building a record of national show titles including Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion, and Premier Exhibitor at the 2007 National Guernsey Show. A small herd remains on the Plano property to supply the on-site farm store with Grade A raw milk. Lavon Farms is also a partner in Lucky Layla Dairy Products, whose line includes drinkable yogurts, golden butter, caramel milk, and yogurt cheese. Learn more on their About Page.
Lavon Farms produces Grade A Guernsey and Jersey raw milk that is rBST-free. The cows are pasture-fed as well as fed hay and silage. The farm store carries Lavon Farms raw milk alongside Lucky Layla Dairy Products, which are made using the farm's milk.
