Kelly Family Farms is a family-owned farm and roadside burger stand in Parker, Texas. The Kelly family has lived in the Lucas and Allen area since the mid-1970s and began selling beef in bulk orders in 2013, opening the roadside stand in 2014. The menu features grass-fed beef burgers, a chicken sandwich, fries, farm fresh eggs, frozen cuts of beef, and ground beef by the pound. Their fan-favorite Cattleman with Bacon is a half-pound, 100% grass-fed beef burger. Kelly Family Farms also sells frozen cuts of beef for customers to take home.
Kelly Family Farms raises 100% grass-fed beef and follows four core requirements for its cattle: a total forage diet, no confinement, and further standards described on its own pages. The beef is aged for tenderness and flavor. The farm has been recognized with the 2011 Outstanding Conservation Award from the Fannin Soil and Water Conservation District for accomplishments in the conservation of soil, water, and related resources.
