Sierra Nevada Cheese

Sierra Nevada Cheese Company was founded in 1997 by Ben Gregersen and John Dundon, who started making cheese at farmers markets and natural food stores before growing into a full creamery operation. The company operates out of a historic 1958 creamery building, purchased and revitalized in 2003, which now includes a distribution center and a retail store. Its product lines span cow and goat cheeses, cow and goat yogurt, cultured butter, and other cultured dairy, sold under several brands including Bella Capra, Gina Marie, Kendall Farms, Graziers, and an Organic line.
