West Coast Products / DeCamilla Orchard is a family-owned olive growing, processing, and producing operation in Northern California, operating since 1937. The business grows, processes, and sells specialty table olives and extra virgin olive oil under the Olinda® brand, serving wholesale accounts, professional kitchens, delis, and home cooks. Its flagship product is the California Sevillano variety olive, cured and fermented in salt brine using no lye. Olive oil is crushed within 90 minutes of harvest and stored in stainless steel tanks under a blanket of nitrogen to protect against oxidation.
