Fresh milk and dairy, including yogurt, kefir, butter, and cheese, is free of the genetically engineered hormone rBGH. Seafood follows the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program: most items are rated Green (Best Choice), and none are Red (Avoid). Grocery items have no hydrogenated oils, added trans-fat, or artificial additives, and buyers favor organic, local, non-GMO, non-irradiated options.
