Family-run regenerative vegetable farm offering CSA shares, a farmstand, farm dinners, and education programs.
Ollin Farms is a family-run vegetable farm guided by regenerative agriculture and long-term ecological stewardship. Led by Kena and Mark Guttridge alongside their daughters, including Farm Manager Jimena Guttridge, the farm has operated for over two decades on land where Mark grew up. Ollin Farms sells produce through a seasonal CSA, an on-farm farmstand, and hosts farm dinners. Education is a core part of its work, with youth classes, field trips, school partnerships, and on-farm ecological monitoring woven into everyday operations. The farm also partners with other Colorado family farms to supplement CSA shares with seasonal fruit and specialty items. Learn more on their About Page.
Ollin Farms grows vegetables without the use of pesticides or herbicides, synthetic or organic. Its field practices center on building active, living soils through diverse cover crops, compost, and organic amendments, with an emphasis on soil biology, nutrient balance, and microbial life as the foundation of plant health. The farm uses crop diversity and planned rotations to support resilience, minimizes soil disturbance to protect soil structure and carbon, and conserves water through healthy soils and efficient irrigation. Pollinator and beneficial insect habitat is maintained by avoiding all chemical inputs. Practices are adapted year to year in response to climate variability and on-farm observation.
