Overview
Working organic farm, community garden, and event venue in Boulder County.
Lone Hawk Farm is a working organic farm and event venue situated in the heart of Boulder County's agricultural community. The property features organic gardens, orchards, vineyards, and farm animals, with large areas set aside for wildlife habitat. The farm offers community garden plots for gardeners and farmers looking for a piece of productive land to cultivate. It also serves as a venue for weddings, company parties, workshops, fundraisers, farm dinners, and other special events. Horse boarding is available on the property as well.
Lone Hawk Farm operates with a goal of sustainably producing food for its local area. All gardening equipment is battery-powered, recharged by on-site solar panels and a wind generator, keeping the growing environment clean and quiet. The farm also uses solar-electric Sun Horse tractors that are designed and built on the property itself.
