Sunflower Farm Acres is the production farm arm of Sunflower Farm, a working farm in Longmont, Colorado. It grows a wide variety of vegetables and flowers and offers them through a 24-week seasonal CSA, a farm stand, the Longmont Farmer's Market, and wholesale accounts. CSA members can add on flower shares, pasture-raised lamb shares, bread, fruit, and mushroom shares from partner producers. The farm also hosts farm-to-table dinners and seasonal flower workshops. Lamb shares and lamb pelts are available for purchase directly through the farm store.
Sunflower Farm Acres integrates regenerative farming practices with the stated goal of growing organic and nourishing foods while stewarding and regenerating soils. The farm raises pasture-raised lamb alongside its vegetable and flower production. Its stated mission is to equip existing and future farmers with the knowledge and skills to be conscientious stewards of the land.
