Norcross Ranch raises grass-fed beef, lamb, and goat and sells farm-fresh meat in whole, half, and quarter cuts with full processing included. The ranch's beef herd consists of Angus and Brangus cattle. Lamb and goat are also available by whole, half, or quarter. Jerky can be ordered directly through the ranch. Norcross Ranch raises its sheep and goat herd using aggressive pasture rotation and a mineral-specific feeding program to maintain animal health and quality. The ranch manages its herd with minimal to no antibiotics or parasitic medications, relying instead on culling and diet control to develop parasite resistance. When nannies and ewes are approaching kidding or lambing, a minimal amount of de-wormer is administered once in the month prior to support the animal through the process. The beef is described as all-natural and grass-fed.
