Kanalani Ohana Farm is a 5-acre family farm that has grown and produced coffee since 2001. It grows 100% Kona coffee using the original Kona typica varietal, which the farm notes is prized for the highest quality flavor the region is known for. Beans are handpicked and sun-dried on the farm, then roasted in small batches on site. Beyond coffee, the farm offers a range of cacao products including roasted cacao nibs, cocoa powder, hot chocolate mix, cacao tea elixir, and cacao husk tea. Tropical jams round out the product line, with flavors that include lilikoi, guava, jaboticaba, marmalade, and basil. Small-batch 70% chocolate bars are also in development. Kanalani Ohana Farm holds certified organic status and grows its Kona typica coffee trees to what it describes as the highest standards of organic agriculture. The coffee is grown within an agroforest alongside avocado, cacao, and tropical fruit trees. All coffee is exclusively from the farm's own trees, handpicked and sun-dried on site before small-batch roasting. The farm states its approach is aimed at contributing to climate regeneration.
