Hager's Farm Market is a family-owned farm stand and restaurant on Route 2 in Shelburne Falls, run by the same family for seven generations. The market sells maple syrup and maple candy tapped from the farm's own 13,000-tap sugarbush, Hereford beef raised on pasture, and bread and pastries baked in its own kitchen. Visitors can pick up ice cream at the window or sit down for breakfast or lunch off the grill. The stand also carries fresh produce, spices, flowers, and locally sourced goods. Hager's Farm Market taps 13,000 trees in its own sugarbush to produce its maple syrup and maple candy. Its Hereford cattle are raised on green pasture with no growth hormones. Bread and pastries are baked in the farm's own kitchen. Much of what the market sells is grown, raised, or baked on the farm itself.
