Bostrom Farm

Bostrom Farm raises certified organic Jersey cows, pigs, and grass-fed beef cattle on a grassland plateau in the Green River Meadows of Greenfield, Massachusetts, on rich alluvial soil in the foothills of the Berkshires. The farm produces grass-fed beef and pork in a wide range of cuts and preparations, including smoked bacon, pork sausage, smoked ham steaks, hot dogs, and beef steaks. Organic milk from the Jersey herd is sold at local retailers. Bostrom Farm sells its meats through an on-farm retail store, a booth at the Greenfield Farmers Market, and a seasonal meat CSA share that delivers 10 pounds of beef and pork per month over four months.
