H & H Fresh Fish

H&H Fresh Fish is a fisherman-owned seafood market founded in 2003 by Hans Haveman and Heidi Rhodes. Hans, a Santa Cruz native from a family of watermen, fishes local waters; Heidi launched the business alongside him, beginning with a single farmers market stall selling Hans's wild local salmon catch. The business operates two retail shops (at the Santa Cruz Harbor and on the Westside), appears at 15 or more farmers markets weekly across Santa Cruz and the Bay Area, and serves wholesale customers. H&H also runs a Community Supported Fishery (CSF) Club, delivering weekly seafood shares since 2011.
