Bunnett Green Meadows Farm is a small-scale family farm devoted to raising pasture-raised meat and eggs for direct sale. David and Sandra Bunnett, along with their sons Jacob and Daniel, run the operation together on a 125-acre property. The farm began in 2004 with a focus on grass-fed beef, later adding pastured pork, chicken, turkey, and laying hens. Products include 100% grass-fed and finished beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken and turkey, and free-range eggs. The farm sells exclusively direct, with online ordering and scheduled monthly delivery stops in several New Brunswick communities, as well as pickup at the farm by arrangement. Green Meadows Farm raises all its animals without hormones or antibiotics, feeding them high-quality feed, most of which is grown on the farm, along with quality minerals. Cattle are a closed herd, predominantly Lincoln Red, rotationally grazed on pasture during the growing season and fed dry hay and haylage in winter. Beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, with no grain at any stage. The land is farmed without herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. The farm actively builds soil health through cover cropping, mineral additions, and reduced tillage. Meat chickens are raised seasonally on pasture.
