Family-run Texas ranch selling pasture-raised Black Angus beef, pastured poultry, eggs, and Nubian dairy goats.
Flat Rock Creek Ranch is a small family-run operation raising Black Angus cattle, pastured poultry, Nubian dairy goats, and a diverse laying flock on Hill Country land in Marble Falls, Texas. The ranch is run by the Cude family, who produce beef, chicken, and eggs for direct sale. Beef is available as individual cuts, specialty steaks, roasts, and ground beef, as well as by the whole or half cow. Pastured eggs come from a mixed flock of Marans, Ameraucanas, Olive Eggers, Orpingtons, Silverudds, Leghorns, Legbars, and Wyandottes. The ranch also raises table birds, including Cornish Cross, Red Rangers, and dual-purpose heritage breeds. Products are sold at the Downtown Marble Falls Farmers Market and through ranch pickup or delivery. Learn more on their About Page.
Flat Rock Creek Ranch's Black Angus cattle are born and raised on the ranch, grazing Hill Country pastures their entire lives until they reach full weight over two to three years. The beef contains no antibiotics, added hormones, or steroids, is dry-aged for 14 days, and is processed at a USDA-certified facility in Johnson City, Texas. Pasture management is designed to mimic natural grazing patterns, supporting soil structure and nutrient cycling. Laying hens are pasture-raised and supplemented with non-GMO, soy-free, and corn-free feed; each egg is hand-collected, inspected, and packaged on the ranch. Table birds forage on grasses and insects on the ranch's Hill Country landscape. The Nubian dairy goat herd is registered with the ADGA (American Dairy Goat Association).
