Pasture-raised Angus beef and grass-fed Dorper lamb from a multi-generational Central Texas ranch
Holland Cattle Company raises pasture-raised Angus beef and grass-fed Dorper lamb rooted in a ranching tradition that traces back to the Samuel Ely Holland Ranch, established in 1848. The operation partners with Central Texas ranches, including its own in Burnet County, to bring beef and lamb directly to customers. Beef is sold as whole, half, quarter, or eighth animals, in small curated boxes, and as individual cuts. Whole lamb is also available by order. A wholesale program serves restaurants and chefs. Pick-up and drop-off options span multiple Hill Country communities. Learn more on their About Page.
All cattle at Holland Cattle Co. and its partner ranches are pasture-raised and grass-fed. Animals are raised on native, seasonal grasses and given access to open pasture, sunshine, natural creek water, and fresh air in a low-stress environment. Beef is dry-aged 14 to 18 days at a local, Texas State-Inspected, family-owned butcher shop, then individually vacuum-sealed. The Dorper lamb is 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, raised without antibiotics or growth hormones, processed one animal at a time, and dry-aged to maximize tenderness and flavor at a Texas State-Inspected facility in San Saba, Texas.
