Farmer Jim's Grass Fed Beef

Farmer Jim's beef cattle are born, bred, and raised on the farm's West Grey pastures, grazing on natural grasses, red clover, trefoil, vetch, and other legumes. They are never given grain, and the herd is raised without hormones or antibiotics. The farm uses no pesticides or herbicides on its land. Free-range chickens forage on bugs, grubs, grass, and herbs, with access to supplementary grains; the flock is raised without corn, soy, sugar, hormones, or antibiotics, and is GMO-free. The Duroc Cross pigs roam pastures and woodlands, foraging on plants, shrubs, roots, and grubs alongside supplementary grains, with no soy, animal by-products, hormones, antibiotics, synthetics, or artificial additives used. Animals have free-choice access to kelp. The farm describes its raising practices as humane, ethical, sustainable, and environmentally responsible.
