Community Table Restaurant

Community Table works with local farm partners year-round, collaborating closely so farmers can plant and harvest the produce featured on the menu. Lettuce is sourced locally year-round; in late spring and summer, approximately 95% of produce comes from local farms. A significant share of meat and fish is sourced within 100 miles. Named farm and producer partners include Earth's Palate Farm (Warren, CT), Maple Bank Farm (Roxbury, CT), Whippoorwill Farm (Lakeville, CT), Ox Hollow Farm (Roxbury, CT), Toplands Farm (Roxbury, CT), Vibrant Farm (Bantam, CT), Oracle Mushrooms (New Milford, CT), Hudson Valley Fisheries (Hudson, NY), Cato Corner Cheese (Colchester, CT), and Calf and Clover Creamery (Cornwall Bridge, CT), among others. The restaurant describes local sourcing as a core part of its approach to reducing the carbon footprint of long-distance, mass-distributed supply chains.
