Family-run farm and butcher shop raising free-range chicken, pasture-raised pork, grass-fed beef, and eggs in the Fraser Valley.
Central Park Farms is a family-run farm and butcher shop that has been raising animals in Langley Township since 2015. Founded by Kendall and fifth-generation farmer Jay, the operation began with non-GMO-fed, free-range chicken and grew to include pasture-raised pork, eggs from pasture-raised hens, and grass-fed and grass-finished Black Angus beef. The farm raises animals across a 40-acre leased farm in Langley and a 160-acre off-grid ranch in Rock Creek, BC. Products are available through an on-site farm store, online ordering with home delivery, and a Ranch Club subscription. An on-farm butcher shop, prepared foods from the farm kitchen, and raw pet food round out the offering. Learn more on their About Page.
Central Park Farms raises its animals without antibiotics or added hormones, and feeds them a diet that contains no animal byproducts. Chickens are free-range and fed a non-GMO diet. Pork is pasture-raised and produced without medications. Beef is grass-fed and grass-finished Black Angus, dry-aged for 21 days. Hens producing eggs are pasture-raised. The farm states a preference for transparency over certifications, welcoming customer questions and farm visits rather than relying on third-party labels to communicate how animals are raised.
