Bench View Farms

Bench View Farms is a fifth-generation, family-owned and operated grain farm with roots in the Rockland Valley dating to the late 1800s. The farm grows and mills certified organic wheat and barley varieties, including einkorn (also known as farro), Khorasan wheat, Black Nile barley, and hard red, hard white, and soft white wheat. Products include whole wheat berries, stone-ground whole wheat flours, rolled grain, cracked wheat cereals, and barley flour. The farm controls every step of production, from planting through milling and shipping, entirely on-site. Einkorn is a particular focus: it is an unhybridized ancient grain variety that the farm has spent years developing as part of its ancient grains program. Learn more on their About Page.
