Becker Farms

Becker Farms raises all its livestock on pasture and uses a GMO-free feed program. Cattle graze on diverse pastures including grasses, herbs, legumes, and forbs, with a small amount of non-GMO grain supplemented during winter. Pigs, chickens, and turkeys receive fresh pasture access plus a custom, GMO-free feed mix that includes sea kelp, sea salt, corn, sunflower, cold-pressed canola, black beans, and field peas; all feed is ground and mixed on-site. The farm does not use antibiotics, hormones, or vitamin injections for growth purposes, and cattle are vaccinated with a six-month window observed before slaughter. All livestock are processed at USDA- or state-inspected facilities. The farm describes its broader goal as improving soil health over time through responsible, regenerative practices, guided by the principle that healthy soil produces healthy pasture and healthy livestock.
