Family-run regenerative farm offering raw milk, grass-fed meat, pastured eggs, sourdough, and a farm-to-table restaurant.
Sovereignty Ranch is a family-owned, 200-acre regenerative farm and ranch in the Texas Hill Country. The ranch raises livestock and grows produce across greenhouses and developing orchards. Its farm store carries grass-fed beef and pork, pastured eggs, raw cow and goat milk, organic sourdough bread, organic tortillas, seasonal produce, herbal tinctures, tallow balms, and a range of pantry staples. Raw dairy is available through a herd share membership program. A CSA seasonal produce bag is offered for weekly or monthly pickup, and a monthly Partnership Box ships a curated selection of farm goods. On-site, The Barn serves a farm-to-table menu made with ingredients grown and raised at the ranch.
Sovereignty Ranch describes its operation as rooted in regenerative agriculture, with the stated goal of connecting healthy soil to healthy food. The ranch raises grass-fed beef and pastured pork, and its eggs come from pastured hens. Raw cow milk and raw goat milk are available through a herd share. The ranch's farm-to-table restaurant prepares food from scratch using no seed oils. Products are available for weekly pickup at partner locations in Boerne, Kerrville, San Antonio, and on the ranch in Bandera, with free local delivery offered on qualifying orders within a 50-mile radius.
