Alpine Valley Mushrooms is a family-owned, certified organic gourmet mushroom farm in Saguache, Colorado, growing in the San Luis Valley since 2022. It was founded by Tylor and Danielle Berreth, a mycologist and herbalist duo who relocated to the region in 2019 before pursuing full-time mushroom cultivation. The farm grows a range of gourmet mushroom varieties and produces dried mushrooms, dual extracts (including Lion's Mane and a blended Alpine Alchemy formula), ground Reishi, and liquid cultures. Alpine Valley Mushrooms holds certified organic status and grows its mushrooms using locally sourced Colorado grains and substrate supplied in collaboration with other certified organic farmers in the region.
