Rocky Mountain Garlic

Rocky Mountain Garlic is a small family farm founded by Mike and Tiffany Collette, specializing in hardneck heirloom garlic varieties along with a wider range of vegetables. The farm grows multiple varieties of garlic each season, with an emphasis on gourmet types not typically found in grocery stores. A flock of hens also supplies eggs. Produce is available through a seasonal CSA program, a farm stand open six days a week during the growing season, and at the Salida Farmers Market from June through October, with additional winter market appearances in November and December.
