Overview
Pasture-raised eggs and chicken from a Lubbock County farm, fed on soy-free, corn-free, organic feed.
Alcove Farms is a Lubbock County farm raising hens and chickens for eggs and meat. Its hens roam freely on pasture and produce eggs with rich, golden yolks. In addition to eggs, the farm offers a range of chicken cuts including whole chickens, wings, breasts, leg quarters, tenders, livers, hearts, feet, and broth bones. Eggs are available for pickup at locations across the area, including Drug Emporium and New Deal Grain HQ. The farm describes its approach as regenerative, with a stated goal of restoring the land while supplying fresh poultry products to the local area. Learn more on their About Page.
Alcove Farms raises both laying hens and meat chickens as pasture-raised and free-range. All birds are fed a soy-free, corn-free, organic feed. No hormones or antibiotics are used. The farm uses mobile chicken housing, rotating birds across pasture as part of its regenerative farming approach.
