Bennett Cattle Co. is a family-owned and operated Black Angus cattle ranch in Canyon, Texas, raising cattle since 2015. The ranch sells grass-fed Black Angus beef directly to customers in whole, half, and quarter beef packages. Buyers submit a custom cut sheet to specify exactly how their beef is processed, choosing from steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, ground beef, organ meats, soup bones, and more. Processing is handled through Keeter's Meat Company, with beef aged 3 to 4 weeks before being packaged and delivered frozen to the customer's door. Bennett Cattle Co. is a member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and participates in the Texas Beef Quality Assurance program.
Bennett Cattle Co. raises grass-fed Black Angus cattle without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. The ranch offers custom finishing programs, with corn, grain, and protein finishing options available so customers can tailor the final flavor profile of their beef. All beef is aged 3 to 4 weeks at processing before delivery.
