Flying Y Farms

Flying Y Farms is a family-owned farm in Tarzan, Texas, run by Jody and DeAnn Yates, who have farmed and ranched in the region for over 40 years. They raised their daughters, Katie Jo and Samantha, with a deep respect for agriculture, and those values are now being passed to the next generation. The farm grows seasonal produce year-round, including kale and spinach in cooler months and okra and zucchini through the summer heat. It also offers eggs, beef, pecans, granola, and homemade breads. Flying Y Farms participates in the Midland Downtown Farmers Market, bringing its products directly to area families.
