Buck Creek Meat

Buck Creek Meats is a third-generation family farm in Paducah, Texas, founded by Richard and Mona, whose family connection to the land dates to the late 1930s when Richard's grandparents first bought Buck Creek. The farm raises grass-fed beef and lamb and pasture-raised pork and chicken, and works alongside like-minded farming partners who share its approach to animal husbandry and land stewardship. Customers can order through a custom subscription meat box, buy individual cuts through an online by-the-cut store, or purchase quarters, halves, and whole animals.
