Year-round producer-only farmers market with 40 vendors selling fresh produce, local proteins, specialty foods, and handmade goods.

SFC Farmers' Market Downtown is a producer-only market that has operated in historic Republic Square since 2003. We host around 40 weekly vendors, including agricultural producers who grow, raise, or wild-harvest fruits, vegetables, dairy, and proteins, as well as value-added producers who incorporate locally farmed ingredients into specialty food and artisan goods. We personally visit every farm and ranch to verify that all products are locally sourced and sustainably produced. The market runs every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, year-round, rain or shine. We accept Lone Star SNAP benefits, monthly WIC benefits, and seasonal WIC Vouchers. We match SNAP and WIC purchasing power dollar-for-dollar on fresh fruits and vegetables, up to $30 per week. Weekly live music and family-friendly activities round out the experience.
