Family farm raising grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and broiler chickens, with a farm stand, meat CSA, and wood-fired pizza events.
White Gates Farm is a small, family-run farm on a tract of land in New Hampshire that the Letarte family has worked since 1982. The farm produces beef from its selected breed, the Blonde d'Aquitaine, alongside pasture-raised broiler chickens, pigs, and a variety of vegetables and herbs. Products are available through a farm stand, a seasonal meat CSA, and direct supply to local restaurants. The farm also hosts seasonal wood-fired pizza nights featuring live music, open to ticket-holding guests. An "Edible Education" program brings families, kids, interns, and visitors to the farm for hands-on learning about growing and eating food. Learn more on their About Page.
White Gates Farm raises Blonde d'Aquitaine cattle for beef, selecting the breed for its tenderness and leaner characteristics. Broiler chickens are pasture-raised, moved to a fresh patch of grass each day, and fed a supplemental grain diet. Pork comes from Berkshire-breed pigs raised on pasture. The farm's meat CSA offers 10 lb. or 15 lb. bi-weekly shares including an assortment of beef, pork, and chicken cuts, with premium steak upgrades available. The farm also grows vegetables and herbs in carefully selected varieties. Its stated aim is to benefit the health of the land it farms alongside the people it feeds.
