TruBeef Organic is a small, family-owned online butcher based in San Diego that hand-butchers all its cuts in California. Its beef and Dorper breed lamb are sourced directly from regenerative organic family farms in Queensland, Australia. The range covers steaks, ground beef, burger patties, uncured hot dogs, short ribs, roasts, briskets, organ meats, bones, suet, and fats, as well as curated gift boxes and bulk orders including side-of-beef and quarter-cow options. A dedicated unaged line is available for customers seeking low-histamine beef and lamb. All orders are blast-cell frozen after cutting and portioning to preserve peak flavor. TruBeef Organic's beef and lamb are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on certified organic wild grass pastures from birth to harvest, with no grains, feedlots, antibiotics, added hormones, GMOs, glyphosate, herbicides, toxic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, additives, or animal by-products used at any stage. The supply chain holds USDA National Organic Program (NOP) certification, Non-GMO Project Verification, and Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.) animal welfare certification, with every farm independently inspected on-site. All beef and lamb are Halal certified: lamb by SICHMA and beef by AHDAA. The business is certified 100% Carbon-Neutral by the Carbon Reduction Institute (NoCO2), covering the full supply chain from farm to delivery. Farms are stated to be the first carbon-neutral meat operation in North America to hold this scope of certification.
