Siesel's Meats

Siesel's Meats debuted in San Diego's Bay Park neighborhood in 1968 and operates alongside sister shop Iowa Meat Farms. The two locations together carry more than 300 cuts of beef, Berkshire pork, free-range poultry, veal, lamb, fresh seafood, and wild game. Beyond the meat case, each store stocks thousands of square feet of retail space with specialty cheeses, gourmet condiments, produce, and hard-to-find specialty items. The shops are staffed by master meat cutters whose combined experience spans hundreds of years, and butchers are known to recognize regulars by name.
