The Wise Ox Butcher & Eatery

The Wise Ox is a neighborhood butcher shop owned and operated by TRUST Restaurant Group under Chef Brad Wise. Born out of a love of the classic butcher shop, it brings a chef's perspective to the meat counter, staffed by a team of chefs and experienced butchers. Alongside a full butcher case, it operates as a deli, wine shop, and pantry, offering products from across the restaurant group for customers to enjoy at home. The sandwich menu features seven items, including a Philly Cheesesteak, a Dry Aged Burger, and Smoked Bologna. The Ox Box is a monthly meat subscription that delivers roughly ten pounds of beef, pork, sausages, and chicken, including marinated and spiced cuts, with a Chef Brad Wise recipe included in each box. The shop also offers butcher classes and catering.
